Our site work division started in 2003, and our very first project was a 60+ Unit Retirement Community with thousands of feet of roads, walkways, private water system, private septics and underground utilities. From there we further expanded into residential site-work constructing roads for developers and also doing the site work on the individual house lots in those developments.
